Endirekt yakmalı proses hava ısıtıcıların termal dizaynı

Abstract

Ülkemiz endüstrisi hızla büyümekte ve bunun paralelinde de endüstrinin ihtiyacı olan ileri teknoloji ürünlerine gereksinimi günden güne artmaktadır. Gıda endüstrisinde kurutma ve proses amaçlı kullanılan yüksek sıcaklık ve kapasiteli sıcak hava ısıtıcıları (Sıcak hava Jeneratörleri) bu bağlamda yurt dışından ithal edilmekte ya da verimsiz çözümler kullanılmaktadır. Ülkemizde gıda sektöründe yüksek kapasite ve yüksek sıcaklıkta, hijyenik ve endirekt sıcak hava ısıtıcılarına süt tozu, baharat gibi uzun ömürlü yarı mamullerin üretilmesi için ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Endüstrimizin Dışa bağımlığını azaltmak, ülke kaynaklarının ve enerjinin verimli ve etkin bir şekilde kullanılması sağlamak çok önem arz etmektedir. Tez araştırma konusunun ana hedefi gıda sektörüründe ihtiyaç duyulan yüksek verimli hava ısıtıcılarının termal dizaynının yapılmasıdır.

The industry of our country is growing rapidly, and in parallel with this growth, its need for high-tech products is increasing with each passing day. In this context, the hot air heaters (hot air generators) with high temperature and capacity, which are used in the food industry for drying and process purposes, are imported from abroad or some inefficient solutions are utilized. In our country, hygienic and indirect hot air heaters with high temperature and capacity are needed in the food sector, for the production of long life semi-finished products such as milk powder and spices. Decreasing our countrys foreign-source dependency and ensuring the efficient and effective use of the countrys resources and energy are very important. The main objective of the research topic of the thesis is to make the thermal design of the high efficiency air heaters, which are needed in the in the food sector.
