Bir tekstil işletmesine ISO 9001 belgesinin kazandırılması çalışmalarının aşamalarının ve sistem kalitesinin denetiminin incelenmesi

Abstract

Tekstil firmaları günümüzün yoğun rekabet şartlarında ayakta kalabilmek için sürekli gelişim yapmalıdır Sürekli gelişimin rotasın da bir çok yol mevcuttur ve bu yollardan birisi kesinlikle ISO 9000 Kalite Güvence Sistem standardlarının uygulanmasıdır. Bu tezde bir tekstil işletmesinde ISO 9001 Kalite Güvence Sis temi kurmak için TS EN ISO 9001 standardı doğrultusunda yapılması gereken çalışmalar incelenmiş ve bu sistemi kurup belge almaya hak kazanmış tekstil firmalarında gözlemlenen uygulamalara, karşılaşılan zorluklara ve bu sistemin sağladığı kazançlara yer verilmiştir.

Textile companies have to improve themselves continuously in order to survive in the market in todays conditions. There are a lot of ways on the road of this continuous improvement and one of these ways is certainly the application of ISO 9000 Quality Assurance System Standards to the company. In this study, establishing steps of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System according to TS EN ISO 9001 standard are examined and the application methods, faced difficulties and the benefits of this system are observed in the textile companies which managed to establish this system and deserved the certificate.
