Bursa-Uludağ Üniversitesi kampüs alanında protostelid grubu organizmaların varlık ve dağılımları üzerine çalışmalar

Abstract

Bu araştırma Protosteliomycet üyelerinin Türkiye'deki varlık ve dağılımlarına yönelik yapılan ilk çalışma özelliğinde olup, Mayıs 2010 - Mayıs 2011 ayları arasında, Bursa ilinde Uludağ Üniversitesi Görükle Kampüs alanında belirlenen 9 lokasyondan toplanan substratlardan oluşturulan primer izolasyon petrileri üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Klimatik yönden Akdeniz geçiş iklim özelliklerini gösteren bu alanda 11 Protosteliomycet taxonu tespiti yapılmıştır. Bu taxonlar; Cavostelium apophysatum L. S. This research is the first report of Protosteliomycetes members on presence of Turkey. It was carried out on primer isolation plates which are formed from collected substrates from 9 locations in Gorukle Campus of Uludag University in Bursa between the months of May 2010 and May 2011. 11 Protosteliomycetes taxon have been detected in this zone which shows climatic transitional characteristics of the Mediterranean climate.
