Bilgi ekonomisi ve Türkiye için önemi

Abstract

Dünyada yaşanan değişimle beraber toplumların tüm sosyal ve ekonomik yapılarıbüyük bir yeniden yapılanmaya girmiştir.Ben, bu çalışmada bilginin öneminin artmasıyla beraber ekonomide oluşandeğişimi incelemeye çalıştım.Bilgi kavramını, bugün yeniden tanımlanmaya başlanmıştır. Özellikle de ekonomi vebilgi artık bir bütünün en önemli parçaları olarak adlandırılmaktadır. Bilginin önemininartmasıyla birlikte yeni bir toplum yapısı da gündeme gelmiştir; bu da bilgi toplumukavramıdır.Toplumsal olarak yaşanan değişim her kuruma olduğu gibi ekonomiye de yansımıştır.Ekonomide aktörler ve karar alma mercileri artık öncelikle bilgi temelli çalışmalaryapmaktadırlar.Bilginin ekonomide çok daha etkin kullanılmasıyla birlikte, bilgi ekonomisikavramı daha sık kullanılır hale gelmiştir. Sanayi ekonomisinin yerini bilgi ekonomisininalmasıyla beraber ekonominin istihdam yapısı,üretim şekilleri büyük değişime uğramıştır.istihdamda yaşanan değişimi sağlayan da eğitim anlayışının değişmesi olmuştur. Eğitim eskidurağan yapısından kurtulup;aktif bir hal almıştır. Sanayi ekonomisi kendi iç dinamiklerindenbilgi ekonomisini yaratmıştırBilgi ekonomisine geçişi sağlayan en önemli etkenlerden biri bilgi ve iletişimteknolojileridir. B T'in her alanda kullanılması ekonomide iş yapış tarzlarını değiştirmiş;ulaşıma ve haberleşmeye yeni boyutlar getirmiştir.Gelişmiş ülkelerde uzun zamandır üzerinde çalışılan bilgi ekonomisi, ülkemizdehenüz yeni bir kavramdır. Türkiye bilgi ekonomisinin kurumlarıyla tanışalı çok olmasa daönemli bir yol katetmiştr ancak olması gereken yerde de olduğu söylenemez.

By the changes in the world, all the social and economical structures of society hasbeen totally reformed.In this project, I tried to study the changes occured in the economy by the rise of theimportance of information.Today the conception of `information has been defined again and especially,economy and information are named as the most important parts of a whole.A new socialstructure is put on the agenda,by the increase of the importance of information which is`information society.The social changes effected economy as it does each field.Now in economy, actorsand decision authorities are first doing studies based on information.By using information in economy more active. The conception of `informationeconomy is being used more by the changing of industry economy as informationeconomy,employ structure of economy and production are totally changed. The changing ofunderstanding education effected the change of employ. The old stable structure of educationhas gone and now its very active. Industry economy gave form to information economy by itsinterior dynamics)Some of the most important factors that provides information economy areinformation and communication technologies. By using ICT(Information and CommunicationTechnologies) in every fields,changed working methods in economy and brought new stylesin transportation and communication.`Information economy which is a new conception for Turkey has been studying onfor a long time by developed countries .Even it hasnt been a long time since Turkey metsociety of information economy, Turkey has advanced very much but stil we can not say thatTurkey advanced enough.
