Potansiyel donör takip sistemi tasarımı

Abstract

Organ ve doku yetmezliğine bağlı hastalıklarla boğuşan insanların sayısı giderek artmaktadır. Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte organ nakli uygulamaları kolay bir şekilde gerçekleşebiliyor olsa da organ naklinin önündeki engellerden en önemlisi, organ donörü sayısının azlığıdır. Organ yetmezliği çeken bazı hastalara kısa sürede organ nakledilse de bazı hastalar nakil için senelerce beklemek zorunda kalmaktadır. Çoğu hasta da bu süreçte hayatlarını kaybedebilmektedirler. Bu yüzden organ bağışının önemi gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, organ nakli için gereken “potansiyel donör” adayları tespit edilerek hastanelerdeki organ bağışı konusunda uzman ve görevli kişilerin, Bölgesel Organ Koordinasyon Merkezi ile iletişiminin sağlanması için bir yazılım tasarlanmıştır. Günümüzün popüler yazılım geliştirme teknolojilerinden biri olan ASP.Net kullanılarak web tabanlı ve mobil kullanıma da uyumlu olan bu yazılımda programlama dili olarak C#, veritabanı olarak da Microsoft SQL Server kullanılmıştır. Geliştirilen bu web uygulaması sayesinde ambulanslarda, hastanelerin acil servislerinde veya yoğun bakımlarında çalışan sağlık personelleri, beyin ölümü gelişen ya da gelişme ihtimali bulunan hastaları Bölge Organ Koordinasyon Merkezine hızlı ve sistemli bir şekilde iletebileceklerdir.

The number of people struggling with organ and tissue failure-related diseases is gradually increasing. With the development of technology, although organ transplantation applications can be performed easily, the most important obstacle to organ transplantation is the low number of organ donors. Although some patients with organ failure have organ transplantation in a short time, some patients have to wait for years for transplantation. Most of the patients die during this period. Therefore, the importance of organ donation is increasing day by day. In this study, the "Potential Donor" candidates required for organ transplantation were identified and the experts and officials in the field of organ donation in hospitals communicated with the Regional Organ Coordination Center to increase cadaverderived organ donation. At the end of the study, a web-based and mobile-compatible application was developed using ASP.Net, one of today's software development technologies. In the application, C # was used as the programming language and Microsoft SQL Server was used as the database. With this web application developed, healthcare personnel working in ambulances, emergency departments or intensive care units of hospitals will rapidly and systematically transmit patients with brain death or the possibility of development to the Regional Organ Coordination Center.
