dc.description.abstractIn situations where the nail plate is missing or too severely damaged, an allogeneic substitute is used from non-replantable amputated fingers. Twenty-four nail bed injuries in 22 patients were treated by this method. Twenty out of 24 injuries had good results, two fair results, and two poor results.en_US
