DDT'nin tavuk (gallus domesticus) ve bıldırcın -(coturnix coturnix japonica) embriyo gonadlarında gametogenezis üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, içinde % 50 DDT bulunan "Gesarol" adlı bir ensektisit’in tavuk (Gallus domesticus) ve bıldırcın (Coturnix coturnix japonica) embriyonal gonadları üzerine etkisi incelendi. DDT'nin gonadlar üzerine etkisini ortaya koymak için immersiyon deneyleri ve organ kültürü deneyleri yapıldı. Organ kültürü denemeleri sonunda tubulus contortus seminiferuslarda gonositlerin yok olduğu, bu kanal ların gelişemediği saptandı. İmmersiyon denemeleriyle DDT etkisinde kalan gonadlarda mitotik onomaliler görüldü.

In this study the effect of an insecticide (commercially named "Gesarol" containing% 50 DDT) on the embriyonal gonads taken from chicken (Gallus domes ticus) and quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica) embryo was studied. In order to study the effect of DDT on gonads, organ culture techique was used. Trials revel absence of gonosit on the seminiferous tubules. Those tubules were found to be not developed well. In gonads under the effect of DDT mitotik abnormalities were detected.
