Bursa - Uludağ Kirazlıyayla sucul (aquatic) mantarları üzerine taksonomik araştırmalar

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Bursa ili Uludağ sınırları içerisinde yer alan Kirazlıyayla bölgesindeki akarsu ve gölet üzerinde Nisan 2009 - Temmuz 2010 tarihleri arasında yapılmıştır. Bölgenin akuatik fungus çeşitliliğini ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla daha önce herhangi bir taksonomik araştırmaya rastlanılmayan Kirazlıyayla alanındaki akarsu ve göletten yaprak döküntü materyalleri ve köpük örnekleri alınmıştır. Yapılan uygulamalar sonucunda 5 mitosporik fungus türü tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen 5 tür mantarlar aleminde "İmperfect Fungi" grubunun Hyphomycetes sınıfına aittir. 5 türden 2'si Türkiye için yeni kayıttır.

This research was carried out on the stream and pond in Kirazlıyayla is located within the borders of the province Uludağ in city of Bursa between the dates April 2009 and July 2010. Leaf litter material and foam samples were taken from the stream and the pond in Kirazlıyayla area is that before anything taxonomic research was not found to bring out the aquatic fungi diversity. As a result of applications 5 mitosporic fungi species are determined. The obtained 5 species are belong to the Hyphomycetes class of the group Fungi Imperfecti in the Kingdom of Fungi. Two species of the five species are new records for Turkey.
